MIAMI (AP) - A Miami judge says Mexican singer and actor Pablo Montero is doing well in a drug rehabilitation program. The 39-year-old Montero appeared in court Monday for a progress report. A doctor testified that Montero was clean when he was tested on New Year's Day.
